Meet Sherin
“To be whole. To be complete.
Wildness reminds us what it is to be human, what we are connected to
rather than what we are separate from.”
- Terry Tempest Williams

My mission is to live a deeply connected, biodiverse and soul-led life, and to help others do the same. This is the part I want to play to raise my own consciousness, as well as the consciousness of the planet, before my star dust body returns to the earth.
Connection: I believe that the life-long pursuit for connection to self, others, animals and Mother Nature is what makes one’s life meaningful. Feeling deeply connected is what it means to be alive.
Biodiversity: Just as the earth needs a variety of life in all its forms and all its interactions to survive and prosper, I do too. I practice law and diplomacy to serve the land I call home, I teach yoga from the soul to share its inherent bliss, I allow the wild woman within to paint this mystical world, and I intuitively piece together words by allowing the magic of creativity to flow through me. The more my life mirrors the biodiversity I see in nature, the more I understand that I am not separate. I am complete, because I am nature.
Soul-led: I believe that the entire universe is intricately and intimately interconnected through vibration and meaning. I believe that my soul intuitively knows how to connect to the mysterious and intelligent forces ever-present and abundant in the natural world. I believe I was reincarnated in this majestic age of light to allow my soul – courageously and gracefully – to follow the golden threads of the universe.

"If one way be better than another, that you may be sure is nature's way."
- Aristotle
Yoga Style
Yoga is one of my great loves, which is connected to my love of the creative arts, Mother Nature, poetry, mindfulness, embodied movement, animals, philosophy, spirituality, and the cosmic universe.
I mainly teach vinyasa flow and yin yoga, but I incorporate other styles of yoga too, such as restorative and hatha yoga. I teach classes from my heart and soul, combining creative flowing yang sections with gentle yin and restorative sections to encourage balance, nourishment, and connection. I interweave spiritual themes, breathe work, intuitive movement and sublime poetry to help students REmember what being awake and alive really feels like in the body.
I have been practicing yoga and attending various trainings all over the world for two decades, integrating and deepening my own spiritual path, which I have been offering to others as a teacher since 2012. I have held sacred space for hundreds of students all over the UK and abroad. At present, the beautiful green Hampshire in the UK is the land I call home.
All yoga classes are suitable for everyone. I don't believe there is a "right way" of moving. I believe movement encourages us to re-connect with the intrinsic power, intuition and wisdom that lives within our bodies.
My soulful women's retreats are the deepest and most potent spaces that I offer. I have hosted over 15 residential retreats so far - all rated 10/10 for overall enjoyment - and I plan to hold many more.
I am also open to co-creation, assistance and collaboration...
