I am devoted to regularly attending and hosting retreats, as I believe they are essential to our spiritual and mystical well-being.

 

We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday living, where we may be busy servicing other people’s needs or equating productivity to self-worth (a product of the patriarchy).

 

Booking one of my retreats is a gift of radical self-care, as you will retrieve the beauty, the magic, the pleasure, and the love that resides deep in your own body. 

 

Together, we will remember what it feels like to be home in our bodies. We will remember what it feels like to sit in circle together and witness each other’s beauty, brokenness, tenderness, fierceness and power. We will re-sensitise ourselves to the mystical natural world around us, and to the land beneath our feet. We will drop out of our over-thinking-minds, and into our wise, wild and free bodies. We will allow our own bodies to guide us towards our true north. 

 

Each retreat is unique as the themes and energy emerge from the group, but generally they blend classical tantric philosophy, vinyasa flow yoga, yin and restorative yoga, embodied intuitive movement, dance, mystical poetry, breathework, enchanting music, journalling, earthy aromas, nature bathing, crystal and oracle card altars, freshly prepared locally sourced plant-based meals, and beautiful accommodation to hold the weight of your queen body as you rest deeply.
