A retreat is permission to ‘vacate’ your ordinary consciousness and slip into the mystical part of your nature. We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday three-dimensional living. This yoga retreat day is to honour the Spring Equinox and celebrate re-birth and growth. The day will consist of a vinyasa yoga class, mindful nature walk, beautiful fresh plant-based lunch, vision board workshop, and a gentle yin yoga class to finish. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Expect sacred earthy scents, entrancing music, crystal healing, nature poetry and an opportunity to manifest your dreams through vision boarding (all materials provided). This yoga retreat day will enable you to slow down, re-sensitise to the natural environment, and re-connect to your roots.
