A retreat is permission to ‘vacate’ your ordinary consciousness and slip into the mystical part of your nature. We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday three-dimensional living. This yoga retreat day is to honour the Summer Solstice, where solar energy is at its most potent. The day will consist of a vinyasa yoga class, mindful nature walk, beautiful fresh plant-based lunch, exercises to connect to the abundance and light and love of the summer season, and a gentle yin yoga class to finish. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Expect sacred earthy scents, entrancing music, crystal healing, nature poetry and an opportunity to put your bare feet on the healing earth. This yoga retreat day will enable you to slow down, re-sensitise to the natural environment, and re-connect to your roots.
