Sacred Rest Yoga Retreat Day

Service Description

A retreat is permission to ‘vacate’ your ordinary consciousness and slip into the mystical part of your nature. We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday three-dimensional living. This yoga retreat day is to honour the Winter Solstice (shortest day of the year). The day will consist of a gentle vinyasa yoga class, mindful nature walk, home-made veggie lunch, deep rest practices, and a wintery yin yoga class to finish. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Expect sacred earthy scents, entrancing music, crystal healing, nature poetry and an opportunity to bathe in sacred rest. This yoga retreat day will enable you to slow down, re-sensitise to the natural environment, and re-connect to your roots.
