This yoga retreat day is to honour the Spring Equinox and celebrate the sowing of seeds (physically, emotionally, energetically)... It will invite you to slow down, return home to yourself, and re-sensitise to the wisdom and intelligence of nature that also resides naturally within our own glorious bodies. We will explore themes around unfolding, re-birth and growth. Expect a multi-sensory mix of flow and yin yoga, embodied intuitive movement/dance, earthy scents, entrancing music, delicious plant-based lunch, mystical poetry, and a two-hour vision boarding workshop where you will intuitively create/manifest through a yummy dreamy state (all materials provided)...
