Service Description

If you would like a yoga class that is designed especially for you, you can book a 121 yoga class with me. We can discuss on the phone beforehand your preferred pace, style, music, and whether there is anything you would like to work on in particular. I will then guide you through one hour of stretches/flow/meditation/relaxation specifically designed to cater to your needs. I can deliver the class via Zoom, drive to your home in Hampshire, or hire a local village hall. Please get in touch first before booking.
