Residential Retreats

2024 dates to be announced soon...

A retreat is permission to ‘vacate’ our ordinary consciousness and slip into the mystical part of our nature so we can re-connect to the sacred within us and all around us. That is why I am devoted to regularly attending and hosting retreats, as I believe they are essential to our spiritual and mystical well-being.

We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday living, where we lean towards equating productivity to success and self-worth (a product of the patriarchy). My retreats are a holistic and powerful all of body, mind and spirit revival that help women slow down and inhabit the yin space in our bodies and retrieve the beauty, the magic, the pleasure, and the love that live in our feminine centres.

We will bath in divine feminine energy so that our inner compasses can remember which way is our true north. We will re-sensitise ourselves to the mystical natural world around us, and to the land beneath our feet. We will drop out of our over-thinking-minds, and into our wise, wild and free bodies. We will submerge into our inherent softness and tenderness, and collectively raise our vibrations.

Each retreat will combine gentle vinyasa flow yoga, yin and restorative yoga, embodied intuitive movement and dance, inspiring mystical poetry, earthy scents, ancient forest bathing, exercises to connect with nature, healing meditations, oracle cards, crystal altars, freshly prepared locally sourced plant-based meals, luxurious accommodation, and an option to book therapists whose expertise and intuition will ensure that you will receive exactly what you need.

I have hosted 15 residential yoga retreats so far in Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset and the Lake District and each one was rated 10/10 for overall enjoyment.

All-inclusive prices range from £360 (day student) to £650 (luxury double ensuite room for single occupancy).

Retreats always sell out quickly so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Nothing to book right now. Check back soon.

The Retreat is in a stunning stately home in the heart of the majestic New Forest. It's easy to fall inlove with the forest’s ancient woodland, idyllic streams, open moors and heathlands. Escape to a world a million miles from your everyday life where ponies, cattle, donkeys and deer roam free...

The whole venue is a hub of holistic wellbeing, making it a perfect venue for a deep-dive into the healing power of nature and yoga. Turn off the busy highway, tune in to your higher self, drop into a tranquil space. The Retreat New Forest is all about taking time out to rejuvenate and restore. A space that is welcoming and nourishing for all.

The food will be lovingly prepared by the amazing Crow Spotter team in their gorgeous cosy on-site cafe, whose focus is on freshly prepared, locally sourced plant-based meals.

We will have exclusive access to the largest room on site – a beautiful, tranquil, light-filled room called the Centre Space – which is the heart of the building, with characteristically Georgian high ceilings, long sash windows and French doors opening onto the lawns.

The venue boosts beautiful indoor spaces, peaceful outside spaces in the surrounding gardens, secret walled garden, lawns, parkland and woods.

The Retreat is the former Dower House for the Hinton Admiral estate, and is still owned by the family, retaining the feeling of being a private home-from-home. Alice Hargreaves, the inspiration for Alice in Wonderland, spent many happy days playing here!

  • The Retreat has 14 individually decorated bedrooms: three basic ensuite rooms; five mid-range ensuite rooms; and six luxury ensuite rooms.

  • All bedrooms are ensuite.

  • All luxury rooms are garden/forest facing and quiet. All basic and mid-range rooms are closer to the road (so if you are a light sleeper, you may need to bring ear plugs).

  • All bedrooms have a double bed, except one of the basic rooms which has a single bed (room 6) and one of the luxury rooms which has twin beds (room 8).
